Holding space for the unperfected is a sacred act of self-love—one that honors our messiness, vulnerability, and healing process.

I woke up with contractions around my heart and a scattered mind this morning.

I felt upset with myself because I had been creating various projects but had not yet finalized them. This put me into a loop of putting myself. Down and made me feel not good enough for the work I was offering.

When moments like this happen in life. I have two choices – to either go ahead with my day, feeling grumpy, or to let the cauldron of tension move through me and take space for myself.

Second is what I did – I entered my morning practice with shaking and continued with a self-pleasure ritual. Feeling the tension in my body and let it move, feeling the emotions arise and letting them flow. And finally softening into my body and heart.

I held myself in tenderness, whispering, “I love you, and I am sorry.”

Because the truth is, sometimes I feel like I have failed myself. While I know this is not true. I have come so far in my life, it feels soothing to meet myself in forgiveness.

Within minutes, I felt my body soften, my heart open, and my mind slow down. Returning to the breath of life.

Remember that this journey is not about perfection but holding space for the unperfected, messy parts and times in life.

The beauty is that once we can make that space for ourselves. Our life will become more flowing and joyous, even in times of darkness. Because we can shift out of it much faster, as our true self is reigning the way. 🌹
