What happens in this Session?
We begin by opening a sacred space, inviting the presence of your womb and magical allies to support our journey. Then, we engage in a dialogue to connect with and clarify your intentions.
You will be gently guided into a meditative journey to commune with your womb, connecting deeply with her energy, voice, and wisdom. In this sacred space, emotions, energies, and desires may surface, allowing your womb to express your deepest needs, wants, and desires through your voice.
I hold a mainly silent space as a clear and supportive womb container, guiding you as needed to facilitate your embodied connection.
To close, we integrate the experience with a nourishing womb self-massage, allowing you to return to your body, ground in self-love, and deepen your physical connection to your womb.
